Getting to the Oculus is a breeze - most subway lines stop there as well as the Path train. Take the following 
- #2/3 subway to Fulton Street
- #1 subway to World Trade Center
- R/W to Cortlandt Street
- #4/5 to Fulton Street 
- J Train to Fulton Street
- A/C to Fulton Street
When you exit the train walk towards the center of the Oculus. The Epicere Boulud is located near the Path train entrance.
