Greyhounds and other sighthounds (Galgos, Italian Greyhounds, Whippets, Salukis and more) and their humans are welcome to join the 1.6 mile walk around the Jackie Kennedy Onassis Reservoir and bring your own picnic. This is not an all breed event. We will be fundraising for Greyhound Friends of New Jersey.

WHERE: On a grass field adjacent to the Central Park Tennis Center. 

WHAT TO BRING: Wear anything red, it’s this year’s theme! The color of love. Bring a blanket, a water bowl and treats for your pup. Bring your own picnic.

WHAT NOT TO BRING: No flexi-leads or super long leads.

Bathrooms available at the Tennis Center.

We can choose a book/books to read together and discuss at a later date, or just share/ discuss our favorite books over a cup of coffee, tea or glass of wine! If interested, comment or join the group and I will arrange a get together!

Our book preferences are all so unique that I would like to keep the group open and flexible to all genres to be shared rather than picking one specific book for the entire group. We can pick several books within the group and and have Mini sub groups. This way we can share our favorites, discuss them with the entire group, and possibly  open up others to reading something new and different!
