Summary/Intent:
Cultivating intuition, listening to intuition, finding intuition, through dance, through music, through community exploration...together. This will be held in-person in a free-of-charge, indoor space.

We will be in a large dedicated, indoor, cooled/heated space, with ample room for social distancing. Masks appreciated but not required; 6 ft social distancing or close to this is requested. 

Plan on approximately 1 hour of movement/stillness with sound, and 15-20 minutes after for sharing/listening about the experience.

No dance skill or training is needed; this is about freedom to respond to sound, movement of others, the spatial field we create, with whatever comes naturally to you -- innate movement, stillness,  even vocal sounds, or sounds through hand-instruments (feel free to bring), while observing/exploring inner sensations and emotions or lack of them. We then share/listen to each other's experiences.
