Hi All! I’m looking for a handful of people and a location! I’ve been a teacher for 20 plus years and I love to help others feel better through Pilates based movements. Bring a mat, towel, water (a flat band is a plus!)For 40 minutes you go at your pace with guidance (no boot camps here) concentrated movement, and feel good results!
