Do you know many health professionals consider walking to be more beneficial than running when it comes to exercise? It's a great way to improve or maintain overall health and just 30 minutes a day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. So, let's get those endorphins going and get to know each other at the same time at the first Walk-N-Talk.
